Dear Customer Care Team, I would like to pass on hearty compliments to Mr. Manish Solanki for exhibiting excellent customer service at the Big Flix Store near Sal Hospital , Ahmedabad. The security of the building where the store is located asked me to re-park my car in an appropriate manner because i had wrongly parked my vehicle which was causing inconvenience to other vehicles on the road. In the process I had to leave the store and was unable to rent a DVD which I desperately wanted. Mr. Solanki saw my need and was very courteous when he not only called me to apologise but he also offered to have the DVD that I wanted to be home delivered. it is definitely going the extra mile..............and this one phone call has made me look upon big flix as a fantastic service...and kudos to its team; specially Mr. Manish Solanki. Apologizing was not really requried but he did do it. He did not feel offended by saying sorry for something that was not his fault, a quality few people have.
