2. Collect movies from a BIGFlix store or queue them up for free home-delivery from this website
- You can carry your chosen movies home from the BIGFlix store, directly
Or
- Using the fantastic Rental Queue tool on this website, you can queue your favorite movies for quick delivery to your door-step, at no extra cost
Note: To receive movies quickly, please ensure that at least 25 titles are present in your Rental Queue on this website.
3. Return a movie and receive another
- You can return the borrowed movie at any BIGFlix store nearest to you
Or
- You can request a pick-up right from your doorstep, at no extra cost. Pick-up requests can be sent via any of three convenient ways
- SMS us while you are on the move
- From the BIGFlix website
- Via phone
Note: You will receive the next movies from your queue only after you have requested a pick-up for the movies you have with you.
