Plot: This film's story revolves around Vijay (Mayur), a good-natured college student. Even as he advises his peers to make something of their lives before falling in love, his classmate Shilpa (Maya) is smitten by him. Vijay, however, is unaware of her feelings. Predictably, the first half plays out the one-sided campus love story, until Shilpa's autocratic sister shatters her dreams.
She wants Shilpa to marry Raj (Harish Raj), a family friend's son, and thereby fulfil her promise to her father. The story, which was till now a bit slow, picks up speed as she asks the college principal to find about Shilpa's mystery man. The principal assigns the job to Vijay.
